The pro Surfer Evandro Munoz, competes in the circuit with the top 44 best surf, practicing every day and teaching surfing for all levels, with  his girlfriend Mathilde Wargnier.

It is a nice time to spend with their in Famara.

DAY  1
8:00am ride bike to the center
Outside of the water:
•Yoga for surf
•Run
•Exercises to enhance leg strength, paddling power, balance, take-off
•Exercises to enhance breathing technique
Inside the water: 
Surf in Famara, El Muelle, El Gagedo
•Warm up
•1st exercise, 20 minutes: take the best wave in the set
•2nd exercise, 20minutes: bottom turns, 8 technique
•Break: Talk, analysis and feedback
•3rd exercise, 20 minutes: heat simulation
•4th exercise, 20 minutes: expression session
•5th exercise, 20 minutes: maximum quantity of maneuvers in one wave
5.00pm
Your homework:
•Yoga, review videos & photos, look for more sponsors
•Dinner
•Relaxation
